Selkirk Luxx Control Air Infinigrit Epic 19mm Pickleball Paddle

Elevate your pickleball game with the Selkirk LUXX Control Air Epic Pickleball Paddle, a masterfully engineered tool designed for players who demand precision, finesse, and enduring performance. This upgraded version of the acclaimed LUXX Control Air introduces InfiniGrit Surface Technology, delivering exceptional spin durability and enhanced power while preserving the unparalleled control that made its predecessor a favorite among players. Crafted with cutting-edge materials and innovative design, this paddle is the ideal choice for intermediate to advanced players seeking to dominate the court with strategic shot placement and versatile play.

The LUXX Control Air Epic boasts a traditional paddle shape paired with a generous surface area and an extended 5.25-inch handle, offering a harmonious balance of control and power. Its midweight range of 7.9–8.3 ounces ensures effortless maneuverability without sacrificing stability, making it suitable for both quick net exchanges and powerful baseline drives. The paddle’s Florek Carbon Fiber face, a proprietary blend exclusive to Selkirk, provides a smooth, responsive feel, amplifying control and expanding the sweet spot for consistent performance on every shot.

At the heart of this paddle lies the 19mm X7 Thikset Honeycomb Core, meticulously designed to maximize forgiveness while delivering a soft, plush feel. This core, slightly thinner than its predecessor, introduces a touch of added pop for offensive shots while maintaining the precision needed for delicate dinks and resets. The integration of EVA foam in the throat and handle further enhances the paddle’s performance by reducing vibrations, increasing flexibility, and improving energy transfer, ensuring comfort during extended rallies.

The standout feature of the LUXX Control Air Epic is its InfiniGrit Surface, which triples the spin durability of traditional raw carbon fiber paddles. Capable of generating up to 2,000 RPMs, this advanced surface allows players to execute precise topspin, slices, and controlled shots with confidence, maintaining grip and consistency even after prolonged use. Whether you’re orchestrating a strategic rally or resetting a fast-paced point, the InfiniGrit Surface gives you a competitive edge.

Selkirk’s commitment to innovation shines through in the paddle’s advanced construction. The 360° Proto Molding technology ensures structural integrity and a uniform feel across the paddle face, delivering reliable power and consistency. The Aero-DuraEdge Edgeless Design, crafted from impact-resistant composites, enhances durability and speed, while the FlexFoam Perimeter technology increases stability, enlarges the sweet spot, and absorbs impact vibrations for a smoother playing experience. The CM Anti-Torque Technology minimizes twisting on off-center hits, providing added confidence during dynamic play.

The Air Dynamic Throat, refined with an updated wing design, optimizes airflow to boost swing speed, enabling faster reactions at the net and improved ball control. Paired with the Selkirk Geo Grip™ (4.25-inch circumference), the paddle offers a comfortable, secure hold for players of all skill levels, from recreational enthusiasts to seasoned professionals.

Assembled in the USA and approved by the USA Pickleball Association (USAP), the Selkirk LUXX Control Air Epic is built to withstand the rigors of competitive play. Its striking purple-blue finish adds a touch of style to its high-performance capabilities, making it a standout on the court. Selkirk backs this paddle with an industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects (upon online registration), ensuring peace of mind for your investment.
