Bronze and Silver members earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible merchandise. Gold members earn 2 points per $1, and Platinum members earn 3 points per $1.

Points are earned on the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts. Sales tax, shipping charges, gift card purchases, and Paddle Test Drive or other paddle-testing charges do not earn points.

Purchase points are awarded after an eligible order is paid. Your updated points balance will then appear in your Pickleball Nation Rewards account.

Points earned from merchandise that is later refunded are removed from your rewards balance. For a partial refund, the corresponding portion of the points earned on the refunded amount is deducted.

Your VIP tier is based on your qualifying merchandise spend during the calendar year. Bronze begins at $0, Silver at $500, Gold at $1,000, and Platinum at $2,500.

Once you reach a VIP tier, you keep it for the remainder of the calendar year in which you earned it and for the entire following calendar year. During that following year, your qualifying activity determines your tier for the next year.

If your qualifying spend moves you through more than one VIP tier at once, you’ll receive the applicable tier-unlock bonuses for each new tier you pass through.

Silver members receive 500 birthday points, Gold members receive 1,000 birthday points, and Platinum members receive 2,000 birthday points. Bronze members do not receive birthday bonus points.

Add your birthday at least 30 days before the date to receive that year's birthday reward. If you enter your birthday within 30 days of the date, you will begin receiving birthday points the following year.

No. The $100 minimum applies to your friend's $10 discount. Your friend can make a smaller first purchase and you can still earn your 500 referral points once that purchase is completed.
