Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING:

Pickleball Nation proudly offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $39. Free shipping orders will be shipped by either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority.

Please understand that Pickleball Nation has no control over shipping times, as that is entirely in the hands of the carrier.

For reference, here are typical shipping times by carrier:

FedEx Ground: Approximately 5 days

UPS Ground: Approximately 3 – 7 days

USPS First Class: Approximately 4 – 7 days

USPS Priority: Approximately 2 – 3 days

 

DAILY ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

All orders placed by 11:00 am (PST) Mon – Saturday will be shipped out the same day. This excludes Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Years Day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments are handled via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Typically, USPS International First Class or Priority takes about 6 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that FedEx may impose additional brokerage fees on all international orders.

Upon arrival in the destination country, the recipient might incur import taxes, customs duties, and other associated fees. These charges are determined by local customs and must be covered by the recipient; unfortunately, Pickleball Nation cannot influence or estimate these costs. Additionally, if an international order is refused, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
