What is your Standard Return Policy?

At Pickleball Nation, unused products, including paddles, can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date if they are 100% unused and in original packaging. If you’re not completely satisfied, send the item back for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) or opt for store credit (with return shipping on us). To start the process, simply contact us via phone or email.

Please call for instructions on returning large/heavy items (such as nets & machines), as some of these specific products may have a restocking fee and special shipping instructions. Restocking fees will be deducted from refund amount. Customer may responsible for return shipping costs.


Please note that we’re not liable for packages that go missing, are stolen, or are sent to the wrong address. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please be aware that this Paddle Satisfaction program does not cover Gearbox paddles, pre-owned paddles, or any paddles that have been customized (e.g., with names, weights, or other alterations), re-gripped, or modified in any way.

Warranties Vs Returns

At Pickleball Nation, we want to clarify the difference between a return and a warranty for your pickleball paddle purchases. A return happens when a customer sends back an unused paddle to Pickleball Nation for a refund. This might be because the wrong paddle was delivered or the customer simply changed their mind.


A warranty, however, is the manufacturer’s promise that your paddle will perform as expected for a set time. Pickleball Nation provides our own in-house warranty for 30 Days. If your paddle shows a defect beyond that period, the manufacturer steps in to repair or replace it. Unlike a return, which you handle through Pickleball Nation, a warranty claim beyond 30 days is handled directly through the manufacturer, who takes care of resolving the issue for you. How do I get started on a return?

To get started with your return, just reach out to us via phone or email. We’re here to assist you through the process! For apparel, please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. As for pickleballs, they must be returned in their original packaging and be unused and unmarked.

How can I get a refund?

For a full refund, simply send the item back to us, but do keep in mind that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If you opt for store credit instead, we will gladly cover the return shipping expenses, making it easier for you to shop again.

What happens if my return is lost or stolen?

While we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we cannot take responsibility for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed during shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 days for it to be inspected and for your refund or store credit to be processed. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.

What items cannot be returned?

What is the return policy for apparel?

To be eligible for return. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

To be eligible for return, all pickleballs must be returned in their original packaging and be unused and unmarked.

Final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

What is the return policy for used paddles and equipment?

What is the return policy for defective equipment?

If your paddle becomes defective within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll provide you with a replacement along with a prepaid return label for the defective item. Before returning any equipment, please reach out to us to confirm that it falls within the 30-day return window and qualifies as a defect. For defects reported after 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance. We are happy to assist with this process.

Is There a Restocking Fee?

Restocking fee for Wilson posts

Please be aware that returns for Wilson posts (both standard and heavy-duty) and Wilson nets will incur a 10% restocking fee. To initiate the return process, please give us a call for detailed instructions. We’re here to help!

Restocking fee for portable nets

Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to returns of stocked portable net systems or any sets that include these portable nets. For return instructions, feel free to contact us.

Restocking fee for Pickleball Machines

Please be aware that returning the Pickleball Tutor machine incurs a 10% restocking fee. For specific return instructions, please reach out to us directly.
