Your order will be delivered via FedEx Home Delivery (ground), USPS First Class, or USPS Priority, with options tailored to your needs.

USPS First Class typically arrives within 7 days, while USPS Priority often delivers in 3 days or fewer, though exact times can’t be guaranteed.

For UPS ground, expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days across the contiguous 48 states.

Free shipping details for Alaska & Hawaii

Shipments under 5 pounds to Alaska and Hawaii qualify for free shipping, with delivery times ranging from 10 to 15 days. Please note that this free shipping offer does not extend to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Order Processing & Shipping Cutoff Times

What is the cutoff time for processing an order?

At Pickleball Nation, we process orders with a daily cutoff of 3:00 PM Pacific Time from Monday to Friday, and 12:00 PM on Saturdays. Keep in mind that delivery schedules may be affected by unpredictable weather or holiday periods.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time glide out for same-day shipping Monday through Friday, while those submitted by 11:00 AM Pacific Time take flight on Saturdays. Please note that holidays may occasionally adjust these schedules.

Where does my order ship from?

We ship every order directly from our warehouse based in sunny San Diego, CA.

Delivery Address Information

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Absolutely, we happily ship to APO/FPO addresses through the United States Postal Service at no extra cost, with an estimated delivery window of 2 to 6 weeks.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! We gladly ship to PO boxes and various mailboxes—please ensure you include your box number for a smooth delivery process.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Should your package go missing or arrive damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of the anticipated delivery date or upon receiving the affected item.

How long does standard delivery take?

This serves as our standard shipping choice and the method for free shipping, offering an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days across the contiguous United States.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Absolutely, upgrading to faster shipping is an option!

Second Day Air: For a quicker delivery, opt for our 2nd Day Air service, which typically delivers within 2 business days. Orders with this upgrade placed before 10 AM PST Monday through Saturday ship the same day; otherwise, they’ll ship the next business day. Keep in mind that expedited orders submitted over the weekend or on US holidays will ship on the following business day.

Overnight: For the swiftest option, choose our Overnight shipping, delivering in approximately 1 business day. Orders placed with this service before 10 AM PST Monday through Friday ship the same day; otherwise, they’ll ship the next business day.

Please be aware that all shipping upgrades require payment by the customer.

My order did not arrive by the expected date

We do our best to ensure your order arrives smoothly and on time, but unexpected factors like weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, feel free to call or email us. Please note that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we have no control over its journey.

Tracking Information

Will my order be shipped with a tracking number?

Absolutely! All orders will be shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to stay updated on its status and estimated delivery time.

My tracking number is not being updated

If your tracking number isn’t updating, we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may cause. At Pickleball Nation, we pay extra fees to ensure that every package is assigned a tracking number, and we completely understand how important it is to stay informed about your shipment. Please keep in mind that tracking updates typically occur after 7:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time), and once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to scan and update its status at each stage of the journey.

Occasionally, carriers fail to update tracking information in a timely manner, but rest assured, this does not mean your package has not been shipped. We proudly stand by our same-day shipping policy for orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST), meaning your order is on its way even if the tracking status still shows “Shipping Label Created” or “Arrived at Sort Facility.”

If your tracking number has not been updated within five business days, please reach out to us. While we have no control over real-time tracking updates, most delayed tracking cases still result in an "Out For Delivery" notification on the day your package is set to arrive. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re here to assist you with any concerns regarding your shipment.

The tracking number shows my package has been delivered, but i did not receive my package.

We sincerely apologize if your order is marked as delivered but is not in your possession. We pay extra to ensure every package includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey and enabling us to verify delivery.

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, we must consider it as such. Unfortunately, offering automatic reshipments or refunds in these cases is not feasible, as it leaves room for potential misuse. Because of this, Pickleball Nation cannot guarantee package delivery once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not provide replacements or refunds for such orders. Instead, all reimbursements, if applicable, must be processed through the carrier or Route insurance after an approved claim. However, we want you to know that we will fully support you through the claims process and help ensure the issue is resolved.

If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 24 hours of the marked delivery time. We sincerely regret that if we are not informed within this timeframe, we will not be able to assist further.

Before assuming the worst, we strongly recommend trying the following, as these steps often resolve the issue:

  • Check with household members or neighbors. A family member, roommate, neighbor, or even an apartment leasing office staff member may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Verify your shipping address. Occasionally, a minor typo in the address (e.g., entering “3465” instead of “4365”) could result in misdelivery. Please check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the correct address was provided. If an incorrect address was entered, you may need to visit that location to recover your package.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact us immediately. If you opted for Route insurance at checkout, we can quickly file a claim for reimbursement or reshipment on your behalf. While you have the option to file your own claim, we strongly recommend allowing Pickleball Nation to handle the process to ensure everything is completed accurately and without unnecessary delays.
