Explosive Power With Extended Reach
Thrive Ignite Elongated Pickleball Paddle
The Thrive Ignite Elongated Pickleball Paddle is a power paddle engineered around an elongated shape, multi-foam construction, and a layered carbon fiber face. Thrive Pickleball designed the Ignite for aggressive drives, extended reach, and strong finishing power while keeping the response connected enough for controlled play.
Its 15.5mm multi-foam design combines an EPP core, TPE foam perimeter ring, and targeted internal weighting. Strategically positioned tungsten around the perimeter supports stability and helps expand the sweet spot, reducing dead spots across the paddle's face. The elongated profile measures 16.5" long and 7.5" wide, giving players added leverage through full swings. With a 116-119 swing weight range, the paddle carries useful momentum through contact while maintaining a consistently responsive feel.
The face material is equally important. Three layers of Toray T700 carbon fiber are paired with a carefully positioned fiberglass layer in a premium four-layer construction. This setup supports power, responsiveness, and control while giving the ball enough dwell and feedback for soft touch play. The surface uses peel ply with Thrive's new Clear Fusion Grit, a durable surface application designed to maximize spin potential while maintaining long-lasting performance.
That combination gives the Thrive Ignite a strong mix of power, control, and spin. The paddle rewards committed swing speed with explosive performance, while its foam construction provides a smooth, connected response. Enhanced spin also helps players shape aggressive drives, serves, rolls, and attacking shots with greater precision.
Thrive Pickleball paddles place particular emphasis on measured characteristics, and the Ignite includes a custom weight card. Players can select among available swing weights to better match how they prefer the paddle to move through the air. The 5.5" handle length also provides room for two-handed backhands, while the 4.125" grip circumference keeps the handle relatively slim.
For high-level players who generate their own acceleration, the Ignite combines elongated leverage, stability, spin potential, and substantial power in a foam paddle built for attacking pickleball. It is USA Pickleball Approved and PbCor43 Certified.
